HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Appeal No.879 of 2015 PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ appeal is directed against the following order passed in W.P.M.P. No. 36063 of 2015.

"Impugned arrangements made to manage the affairs of the 4th respondent-Temple, shall abide the result of the Writ Petition." Having regard to the impugned order and the prayer made in the writ petition, we are satisfied that the order passed by learned Single Judge deserves no interference in intra-court appeal against it. No case is made out. The writ appeal is dismissed.

As prayed for by learned counsel for the appellant, it is open to the appellant to make an application for expeditious hearing of the writ petition. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
