HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.1910 of 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. It is seen that charge sheet is filed and case is registered as C.C.No.105 of 2012. Having regard to the stage of the matter, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. The petitioners are at liberty to file discharge application before the trial Court, in which case the trial Court shall dispose of the same on merits expeditiously.

On the request of learned counsel for petitioners, the presence of petitioners/A1 to A3 in C.C.No.105 of 2012 on the file of IV Additional JFCM, Nellore is dispensed with except on the occasions when their presence is required by the trial Court. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
