THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.4442 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.137 of 2016 on the file of W.P.S.D.D. Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC and 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is present. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation, police filed the charge sheet before the concerned Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the purpose of filing this petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Petition shall stand closed.
