This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.197 of 2016 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sathupalli, against the petitioners/ A.1 to A.4. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.1 to A.4 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent-State. Perused the record.

Having elaborately argued, learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.1 to A.4 would submit that one of the petitioners has to leave to United States of America to seek employment and therefore, a direction be given to the Court below to expedite the trial of the case.

The Calendar Case pertains to the year 2016. In view of the request made by learned counsel for the petitioners/ A.1 to A.4, to expedite the trial of the case, the Court below is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.197 of 2016 within a period of three

(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
