Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in the civil revision petition does not survive for adjudication as the suit in O.S.No.1172 of 2009 on the file of V Additional Senior Civil Judge, (FTC), Vijayawada was disposed of on 12.02.2013 and hence, the revision petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infturcuous. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
