This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings vide Rc.No.1454/2017/FA2, dated 21.05.2017, issued by the 1st respondent suspending the petitioner from service, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to forthwith reinstate the petitioner into service and issue appropriate posting orders to the petitioner in terms of G.O.Rt.No.83, Environment, Forests, Science & Technology (For.II) Department, dated 27.05.2017, with arrears of salary. This Court, on 16.08.2017, heard both sides and reserved the matters for orders.

When this Court is about to pronounce the Judgment, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is already reinstated into service, as such, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
