THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 4988 OF 2018 O R D E R :

Petitioner, in this Writ Petition, challenges the order dated 24.01.2018 passed by the 3rd respondent Revenue Divisional Officer, Adoni, suspending her authorization to run fair price shop No. 1237005 of Ternekal Village, Devanakonda Mandal, Kurnool District. As against the said order dated 24.01.2018, it is stated, the petitioner has filed an Appeal on 20.02.2018, along with an Application seeking stay, before the 2nd respondent Joint Collector. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh). Since the petitioner has already availed the alternative remedy by filing the Appeal on 20.02.2018, against the order dated 24.01.2018, without going into the merits of the matter, it is directed that the 2nd respondent Joint Collector shall consider the said Appeal and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, duly following the principles of natural justice and considering the explanation offered / to be offered by the petitioner, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
