This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.2177 of 2016 on the file of the Court of II Additional Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally, and transfer the same to the Family Court, Vijayawada.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
