THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION NO.43901 OF 2016 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar} Sri B.Thimothi, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the issue arising for consideration in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the decision rendered by this Court in Writ Petition No.45266 of 2016. A copy of the order dated 24.01.2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.45266 of 2016 is placed on record.

Learned Government Pleader for Services (Telangana) states that he has no objection to the dismissal of the Writ Petition on the lines indicated in the said order. For reasons alike as were mentioned in the order dated 24.01.2017 passed in WP.No.45266 of 2016 and in terms thereof, this Writ Petition is dismissed confirming the order dated 19.11.2015 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in OA.No.3369 of 2012, but leaving it open to the petitioners herein to seek redressal of the grievance raised by them in the said O.A. before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. The interim order dated 16.12.2016 shall continue to operate for a period of four weeks so as to enable the petitioners to take steps in terms of the aforestated liberty. Pending miscellaneous

petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this order. No order as to costs.
