It is the case of the first petitioner that the second petitioner, who is his mother, was in possession and enjoyment of the agricultural land of an extent of Ac.2-50 cents, situated in Survey No.737/A1 of Peddatumbalam village, Adoni mandal, Kurnool District. The entire family was cultivating the said land and the said land was shown in the name of the mother of the first petitioner. While so, one T.M. Taher Ali occupied the land and he was issued pattadar passbooks and title deeds. Since the said action was illegal, the first petitioner submitted a representation on 20.01.2016 in Prajavani programme against the illegal action of the said T.M. Taher Ali and the sale deed produced in support of his claim under document No.65 of 1993 was a forged document. However, the District Collector, Kurnool, issued a letter on 18.02.

2016 to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Adoni, to take action on the representation of the petitioner and the Revenue Divisional Officer in turn addressed a letter on 16.05.2016. In spite of the same, when no action was taken, the petitioner filed W.P.No.36773 of 2016 and this Court passed an order directing the fourth respondent to enquire into the matter and take appropriate action on the representation dated 20.01.2016 of the first petitioner and, ultimately, an order was passed by the fourth respondent on 24.12.2016 rejecting the representation of the petitioner. Against the said order, the petitioners filed an appeal to the second respondent on 06.02.2017 and when the same was not disposed of, the present Writ Petition is filed. and dispose of the same, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by giving due notices to the affected parties.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
