THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Civil Revision Petition No.4823 of 2014 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the docket orders dated 10.11.2014 in O.S.No.143 of 2008 on the file of the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard both the counsel.

A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner herein filed I.A.No.600 of 2014 to recall D.W.1 and the same is pending. In view of pendency of I.A.No.600 of 2014, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Ranga Reddy District is hereby directed to dispose of I.A.No.600 of 2014 in O.S.No.143 of 2008 as expeditiously as possible keeping in mind the orders of this Court in C.R.P.No.4444 of 2013 dated 16.10.2014. With the above direction, CRP is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. ______________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J 20th April, 2017.
