This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the

respondents in not allowing escalation in full on steel, cement and fuel components as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation and Command Area Development have agreed that this Court allowed Writ Petition No.4838 of 2011 by order dated 17.06.2015, wherein th e issue identical t o that raised i n this writ petition was decided in favour of the petitioner.
