THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.5108 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in C.C.No.538 of 2016 on the file of the Court of III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, at Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to file a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C., if not already filed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
