Heard.

The respondent/contemnor enclosed a copy of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) No.8614 of 2019, dated 12.04.2019, wherein while confirming the decision of the Single Judge of this Court as affirmed by the Division Bench in W.A.No.1245 of 2018, the Apex Court granted six months' time from that day to comply with the directions issued in the Writ Petition.

Since the Hon'ble Supreme Court granted further time for compliance, at this stage, it cannot be said that respondent/contemnor has deliberately and willfully disobeyed the directions of this Court.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. However, if the respondent/contemnor does not comply with the order, within the time granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, it is open for the petitioner to file fresh contempt case. 5.
