HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15939 of 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he submitted application dated 07.11.2015 for conducting survey and demarcation of his land to a total extent of Ac.12.13 guntas, situated at Mangalpalli Village and Gram Panchayat, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. In pursuance of the said application the respondent authorities have also issued notices, but, till date, no survey is conducted. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since already notices were issued in pursuance to the application submitted by the petitioner for survey and demarcation of the subject land, it is for the respondents to take further action to conduct survey. As such, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned authority to conduct enquiry in terms of the notices dated 04.04.2016 and 10.05.2016 and take appropriate action. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. ___________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 28.04.2017 tk
