HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.5446 OF 2013 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition on the ground that the matrimonial dispute between the parties was compromised. Even the learned counsel has addressed a letter, dated 11.07.2017, to the Registrar (Judicial) requesting to place the matter before the Court, so as to seek permission for withdrawal of the Criminal Petition.

2. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
