THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13316 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.66 of 2015 of Kamatipura Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 323, 506 read with 34 IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the parties have settled the matter before the Lok Adalath on 12.12.2015.

In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
