Merugu Upender v. The State Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.6028 of 2019 O R D E R:
Petitioners assert that though they are eligible to be the members of respondent No.5-Fishermen Cooperative Society, Nakrekal Village and Mandal, Nalgonda District, the latter is not implementing G.O.Ms.No.74, dated 21.10.2011, as per which, it has the duty to remove the ineligible members and include the eligible members.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Fisheries appearing for the respondents. Having regard to the nature of the grievance of the petitioners and in the light of the order, dated 04.01.2019, passed by this Court in W.P.No.6519 of 2018, subject matter of which is similar to the present case, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent Nos.3 and 5 to implement G.O.Ms.No.74, dated 21.10.2011, in its letter and spirit.
As the learned Government Pleader asserts that skill test has been conducted and only eligible members have been selected, the same may be communicated to the petitioners as well. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Dt:26.03.2019 kdl
