HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 10971 of 2011 Order:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents 1, 3 and 4 as illegal and for a consequential direction directing the first respondent - Station House Officer, Kodad, to give aid to the petitioner in construction of building in Survey No.163, Plot No.1, Block No.3 of Kodad Gram Panchayat and Mandal, Nalgonda District, by restraining the respondents 3 and 4 from interfering with the construction activity of the petitioner.

2. A perusal of the above relief sought for in the writ petition discloses that it is purely a civil matter and the first respondent has no role to play. Even otherwise also the writ petition was filed in the year 2011 and no interim order was granted at that time. If the petitioner had started any construction in the year 2011 he would have completed the same by this date. Even otherwise also the relief sought for by the petitioner as above cannot be granted in the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, in the circumstances, no costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
