THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.4467 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the action of the 1st respondent in not registering the F.I.R. and proceedings with the investigation by arresting the accused on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner, dated 10-12-2016 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to register the F.I.R. 2.

Today when the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader submitted that in this matter charge sheet has been filed. 3.

In view of filing of charge sheet, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
