This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitionerAccused to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.457 of 2018 pending on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropotitan Magistrate, Manoranjan Complex at Nampally, Hyderabad, filed for the offence punishable under Section 498-4 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Even though the case is of the year 2018, there is no progress in the matter. Without going into the facts of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Manoranjan Complex at Nampally, Hyderabad, to conclude the process of trial as expeditiously as possible, within a period of four (04) months, in accordance with law, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
