HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 11693 of 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the Resolution dated 7/8-04-2013 passed by the first respondent-Wakf Board appointing the second respondent as Mutawalli of Jamia Mosque, Kanekal Mandal and Village, Anantapur District. The first respondent-Wakf Board passed a resolution on 7/8-04-2013 appointing the second respondent as Mutawalli of Jamia Mosque for a period of three years. The said period of three years had already expired and there is no interim order till today, In view of the same, the subject matter of the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is therefore dismissed as having become infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
