WRIT APPEAL No.481 of 2016 PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Sri Naram Nageswar Rao, learned counsel for the appellant/ petitioner and Sri K Rajanna, learned counsel for respondent no.7 state that they are contesting parties in the instant proceedings and they have settled their dispute amicably. They state that both of them have agreed to enter into private transaction in respect of the subject matter of the petition and in view thereof, learned counsel for the appellant/petitioner does not press the appeal. Statements made by the learned counsel for appellant/petitioner and the respondent no.7 are recorded and accepted.

Sri. N.Siva Reddy, learned counsel for the Society submits that he has no objection for allowing the appellant/petitioner to withdraw the writ appeal for the aforementioned reasons. Smt. Bobba Vijaya Lakshmi, learned counsel for Cooperative Bank submits that since the loan amount is already cleared, she has no objection for any transaction being entered into by appellant/petitioner and respondent no.7 in respect of the subject matter of these proceedings. Her statement is recorded. Appeal is disposed of as not pressed. Miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand disposed of.
