This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the judgment dated 08.06.2007 passed in C.C.No.431 of 2004 on the file of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrte (Mahila Court) at Hyderabad, wherein and whereby, respondent Nos.2 and 3 were found not guilty for the offences punishable under Section 498-A I.P.C. and Sections 4 and 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties have settled the matter outside the Court. Hence, no further orders are necessary in this Criminal Revision Case. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is closed.
