This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr'P'C' seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No 627 of 2O10 on the lile ofthelAdditionalJudicialFirstClassMagistrate,Karimnagar, r,r'herein the petitioner is arrayed as Accused No'4' Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'infructuous matters,and when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, based on the e-courts case status report, would submit that after full-fledged trial' the case was disposed of by the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Karimnagar' judgment dated 20.03.2019 wherein the matter has through in conviction of A.4 and as such, the present quash resulted petition filed does not need any further consideration by this court' as the petitio ner I A.4 is entitled to avail remedy of appeal against the said conviction.

Having regard to the submissions made as above' no further orders need be passed in the present criminal petition' Accordingly, the criminal petition is closed However, the petitioner /A.4 is at liberty to file a petition seeking to reopen the matter' in the event the said CC has not been disposed of by the trial Court as noted above.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
