ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.317 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Atmakur, Kurnool District. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/A.1 to A.6 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

A perusal of the complaint, discloses that there is material which is sufficient to proceed with the investigation and prima-facie, it cannot be said that it is a fit case to quash the proceedings which is said to be at the stage of trial.

Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate application before the Court below questioning the jurisdiction which application, the learned Magistrate shall dispose of the same on merits.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
