HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.1195 of 2008 JUDGMENT :

This appeal is preferred questioning order dated 21.09.2006 in E.I.C.No.49 of 2004 on the file of Employees Insurance Court and Chairman, Industrial Tribunal-I, Hyderabad.

2. Advocate for appellant submitted that excess payment was recovered from the insured person Sri Mahboob Vali and in view of the same, the relief claimed in the appeal has become infructuous.

3. Considering the submission of advocate for appellant, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
