Palleia Srinivas Reddy v. State Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM W.P.No.5999 of 2019
ORDER
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for the 1st respondent and Smt M. Bhagya Sree, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent.
2.
This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not passing the orders on the LRS application of the petitioner dated 30.12.2015, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.
The grievance of the petitioner is that though he made application for regularization of his plot under the Land Regularization Scheme, 2015, on 30.12.2015, before the 2nd respondent, the same has not been considered till date. 4.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that there were rival claims with respect to the subject property and that there is nondisclosure of certain information by the petitioner. 5.
Having regard to the respective submissions and since the application of the petitioner is pending since 2015, I deem it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the said application one way or the other, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and if such regularization cannot be granted, the same can be stated by passing the order, which would
CKR, J W.P.No.5999 of 2019 give an opportunity to the petitioner to avail the remedies available in terms of the aforesaid Scheme. No order as to costs. 6.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
