Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, we find no good reason to clarify the common judgment dated 08.03.2021 passed in W.A.No.210 of 2020 and batch.

However, if there are any subsequent developments or any fresh cause of action, it would be open to the parties to seek their remedy in accordance with law.
