This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.4 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.19 of 2018 of Nalgonda II Town Police Station, Nalgonda District.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 22.03.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the subject case, investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed before the Additional Sessions Judge, Nalgonda on 30.06.2018 and S.C.No.118 of 2018 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
