This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner /A.1 in S.C.No.67 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the VIII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Medak.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition, with liberty to avail the remedies available to the petitioner under law. Permission is accorded. In the result, granting the liberty as prayed for, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
