HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.22955 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 20.05.2016 in Rc.No.1185/D/2013 issued by the third respondent to produce the records of the petitioners' society for the year 2015-16 as null and void and declare the 3rd respondent has to power to punish the petitioner under Section 79 of the APCS Act, 1964 along with Section 55(1) of the APCS Act, 1964 and to pass such other necessary orders. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for fisheries and the learned Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Government Pleader for Fisheries on instructions submitted that the petitioner herein produced the records of the society pertaining to the year 2015-16.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader, no further orders are necessary in this matter. However, disposal of this writ petition does not preclude the petitioner to avail the remedies available to it under law at appropriate time. With the above direction, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
