ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side fairly concede that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 02.12.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25716 of 2019 and batch. Following the order dated 02.12.2019 in W.P.No.25716 of 2019 and batch, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit representation afresh within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, staking his claim for continuance as sub-staff on part-time basis. Upon such representation being received, the respondent-Bank would consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable period of time, preferably within three weeks thereafter. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
