This Writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a Writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in completing investigation in Crime No.627 of 2019 of Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad City, and taking action against the unofficial respondent Nos.5 and 6, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct respondent No,4 to file a final report in the subject crime.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government pleader for Home appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and perused the record, 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though Crime No.627 ot 2OL9 of panjagutta police Station, Hyderabad City, was registered for the offences under Sections 1208, 406 and 420 of I.F.C. against the unofficiai respondent Nos.S and 6 the respondent-police have not l investigated the same and filed final report yet and ultimately, , t ,
prayed to direct the police concerned to complete investigation and file final report in the subject crime' 4.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home' on written instructions, would submit that investigation in the subject crime was completed and final report was filed before the learned Magistrate concerned on 17 '02'2022' after due notice to the Petitioner'
5. The said submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home are taken on record' 6.
Since final report was filed in the subject crime' after due investigation, no specific orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition' However, it is left open to the petitioner to work out the remedies available under law" T.Withtheaboveobservations'theWritPetitionis disPosed of.
