This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed under Order 43 Rule 1 CPC assailing the order dated 26-09-2013 passed in I.A.No.31 of 2013 in O.S.No.32 of 2013 on the file of the Court of VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medak. 2.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the purpose of filing the appeal has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants, the C.M.A. is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
