HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20484 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to direct the first respondent to consider the case of petitioner to appoint him as a regular Archaka in first respondent temple in the existing vacancy subject to eligibility and qualification of petitioner.

This Court granted interim direction as prayed for on 27.10.2003 vide WPMP No.25642 of 2003.

As the interim direction and the main relief are one and the same and this Court already granted interim direction, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
