THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25627 of 2017 ORDER:

In the present Writ Petition challenge is to the inaction on the part of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in initiating proceedings under the HMC Act on a representation dated 04.06.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

According to the petitioners the fourth respondent, who is the existing owner of the petitioners herein, is making unauthorised construction without leaving any setbacks in the property bearing Municipal No.23-6-741-A, Bela Chandulal, Hyderabad.

When the matter is taken up it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 that the respondent-authorities would take appropriate action on the representation, dated 04.06.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, in accordance with law. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate action on the representation dated 04.06.2017, said to have been

submitted by the petitioners herein, after giving notice to all the stakeholders.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
