Ihis Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.4 to enlarge her on bail in Crime No.l279 of 2023 of Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Section 20(b)(ii[c) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short NDPS Act').

Leamed counsel for the petitioner-accused No.4 after arguing for sometime seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition 3.

Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.
