Petitioners, who are A1 to A3 in Cr.No.86 of 2016 of Veldanda Police Station, Mahabubnagar District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 r/w 34 IPC filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded. 3.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
