Learned counsel for the petitioners would represent that the subject matter of this Writ Petition has become infructuous, in view of the fact that pursuant to the interim order, dated 14.02.2008, passed in W.P.MP.No.26061 of 2007, interviews were conducted and even selections were made.

2. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous, in view of the interim order, dated 14.02.2008, passed in W.P.MP.No.26061 of 2007.
