Radhakrishnan) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents. 2.

The learned Government Pleader for Home submits on instructions that the person, who was allegedly in illegal detention, was arrested. He is the first accused in Crime No.117 of 2019 of Nacharam Police Station, Cyberabad. He has been produced before the jurisdictional judicial authority and remanded to judicial custody.

The Writ Petition is dismissed without prejudice to the contentions to be raised in other jurisdictions in accordance with law.
