HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION Nos.6078, 6084 and 6150 of 2020 COMMON ORDER:

When the matters are taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side fairly concede that the issue involved in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the order dated 02.12.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition Nos.25716 of 2019 and batch.

In view of the said submission, following the order dated 02.12.2019 in Writ Petition Nos.25716 of 2019 and batch, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the petitioners to submit representation afresh within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order staking their claim for continuance as Sweepers on part-time basis. Upon such representation being received, the respondent Bank would consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable period of time, preferably within three weeks thereafter. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
