This Writ Petition is filed feeling aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.2- Municipality in removing the encroachment made by respondent No.3 over the public road by constructing steps right in front of the petitioner's house.

Mr.N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities (TS), on instructions from respondent No.2, submitted that as soon as the

petitioner's representation was received, the Commissioner of respondent No.2- Municipality has inspected the subject site and having found that respondent No.3 has encroached the public road and started constructing the steps, action has been initiated for removal of the said encroachment. In the light of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to expedite the action and remove the encroachment, allegedly, made by respondent No.3 on the public road by following the due process of law of issuing notice to respondent No.3 and considering the explanation, if any, submitted by him. This exercise shall be completed within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.51257 of 2015, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 8th December, 2015 LUR
