THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CONTEMPT CASE No.1155 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act alleging that the respondent has not complied the orders of this Court dated 28.09.2016 in W.P.No.33107 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the concerned Gram Panchayat passed the orders basing on the representation of the petitioners as directed by this Court on 28.09.2016.

In view of the resolution passed by the Gram Panchayat, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
