Md. Dasthagir v. The A. P. State Road Transport Corporation
HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.A.No.541 of 2015 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) By consent of learned counsel for the parties, writ appeal is heard for admission.
The writ appeal is directed against the order dated 19.02.2014 passed in W.P.No.24156 of 2013, whereby the appellant's writ petition has been dismissed. In the writ petition, the appellant had challenged the order issued by the respondents dated 08.08.2013, whereby they terminated his contract. The appellant was allotted licence in respect of 40' x 25' open space for scooters parking at Hayathnagar Bus Station. We have perused the order passed by the learned Single Judge and the documents placed on record. It appears that the appellant was given contract for four years ending on 14.04.2015. Since the contract period is over, in our opinion, this writ appeal has rendered infructuous. Accordingly, writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand disposed of.
