This criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/A.1 seeking bail in NDPS S.C.No.106 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Court for NDPS Cases, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District, for the offences punishable under Section 8(c) read with 20(b)(i)(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. Heard and perused.

The earlier bail application filed by the petitioner/A.1 was dismissed by this Court as the Ganja seized was commercial quantity. There is no change of circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/A.1.
