HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1640 of 2019 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.310 of 2018 on the file of Kushaiguda Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionarate.

Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 22.8.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kushaiguda Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionarate, wherein it is stated that the aforesaid case has been compromised before the Lok Adalat on 13.8.2019.

In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
