THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.25329 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the first respondent in not issuing hall ticket to the petitioner for appearing the written examination for the post of "Special Officer" in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas to be held in 29.07.2016 pursuant to the notification dated 05.06.2017 (2016).

When this Writ Petition is taken up for consideration, Sri G.Bhaskar, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3, would submit that the petitioner would be permitted for appearing written examination for the post of "Special Officer" in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas to be held in 29.07.2016.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
