The petitioner asserts that she has been regularly paying the tax as demanded from 2009 onwards up to date. She further asserts that setting out the details of payments made, she submitted a representation on 28.12.2013 for which there was no response. She made yet another representation on 22.02.2019 through registered post acknowledgement due. What the petitioner seeks is a direction to the respondent authorities to reconcile the tax amount paid by her, and the tax amount due and payable by her, and adjust the petitioner's tax amount. Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the respondent authorities to take into consideration the assertions made by the petitioner in her representations dated 28.12.2013 and 22.02.

2019 and intimate her anomalies, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
