THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 3232 OF 2015 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure (for short, 'C.P.C.') challenging the order dated 27-03-2015 in I.A.No. 64 of 2015 in A.S.No. 48 of 2014 on the file of the Court of IV Additional District Judge, Kurnool, whereby the petition filed by the petitioner under Order 41 Rule 5 of C.P.C. for grant of stay of execution of the decree dated 28-08-2014 in O.S.No. 220 of 2011 on the file of the Court of II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kurnool, till disposal of the appeal was dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner addressed letter dated 01-06-2017 to the Registry informing that A.S.No. 48 of 2014 itself was dismissed and hence no cause survives in this revision petition.

In view of the above, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
